No shipping to PO boxes. Please allow 10 to 14 days for your delivery.
Shipping to Canada (in CAD)
Regular shipping at $12.99 for orders shipped within Canada. Transportation surcharge of $0.79 applied for each extra pound exceeding 15 lbs. Sales taxes not included. Shipping costs will automatically be added to the amount of the order before proceeding to online payment.
Shipping to United States (in CAD)
Regular shipping at $12.99 for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Transportation surcharge of $0.99 will be applied for each extra pound exceeding 15 lbs. For orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, regular shipping will be $50. Sales taxes not included. Shipping costs will automatically be added to the amount of the order before proceeding to online payment.
Summum Beauté International does not ship orders to P.O. boxes. Shipping charges vary according to the size and weight of the package, delivery time and final destination. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes from your country, which are charged once your package reaches destination. If so, the client is responsible for these additional charges. Summum Beauté International does not collect duties and taxes.
Summum Beauté International processes orders Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1 or 2 working days upon confirmation of order received . Please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery. All orders placed on weekends are processed on the following working day. Summum Beauté International does not process orders during the Christmas holidays and other public holidays. Please add extra delivery time for orders placed on holidays. Please add one to two extra days for delivery to faraway regions.
If the transport company has to correct the shipping address due to an incorrect address provided by the client, the transport company may apply a correction fee, and the client will be liable for it. This fee would be added to the original shipping cost. If the transport company returns the package to Summum Beauté International due to an incorrect address provided by the client, the client will be responsible for all the shipping costs incurred as well as a restocking fee if applicable.
If the parcel is refused upon delivery, the client is responsible for the shipping costs (both ways) and a 15% restocking fee.
Taxes on Products
Summum Beauté International is established in some Canadian provinces and states of the USA, where it has employees/sales representatives and agents. For this reason, we must charge the respective taxes on all the orders placed by clients living in these provinces or states:
- Quebec : GST(5%) et PST (9.975%)
- Ontario : HST (13%)
- New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Labrador : HST (13%)
- Nova Scotia : HST (15%)
- Nunavut : GST (5%)
- Prince Edward Island : HST (14%)
- British Columbia : PST (5%)
- Saskatchewan : GST (5%)
- Manitoba : GST (5%)
- Alberta : GST (5%)
- Northwest Territories and Yukon: GST (5%)
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any of the products is damaged or with visible defects, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Summum Beauté International has to be informed by the client of damages and defects within three (3) days after receiving the order; the damages and defects reported after three (3) days will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Summum Beauté International will accept returns and exchanges for all products within thirty (30) days after the billing date (delivery charges excluded). The product must be unused and in its original state before it can be accepted for a refund. A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned product(s) in order to process the refund. The client is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returning the parcel , as well as duties and/or taxes for the orders. All the samples and gifts given away with the purchases must be returned unused. Summum Beauté International will not accept returns or exchanges on open or used products.
If you want to return an unused/unopened product, please contact our Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Please have on hand the original invoice and the reason you wish to return the product(s) so Summum Beauté International can process your refund as soon as possible. All return authorizations are valid for no more than fifteen (15) working days. Returned merchandise must be received by our Returns Department within these fifteen (15) days. Shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for returned goods delivered abroad, are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by Summum Beauté International.

Please indicate the Return Authorization Number on the copy of the invoice. Send your product(s) as well as the copy of the invoice to:

Please pack merchandise securely in its original shipping package. Send products via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other transport company which insures products against loss and damages. Upon receiving and after inspecting the unopened/unused products, if approved, Summum Beauté International will process your request. No refunds will be issued until the merchandise has been received by Summum Beauté International. Please allow up to fifteen (15) working days for processing your return once we have received it. Please allow a delay of two monthly billing cycles before the credit appears on your credit card statement.
Advice to avoid duties and/or taxes on returned merchandise
In order to avoid duties and/or taxes on merchandise being returned to Canada from other countries, please mark on your waybill “returned merchandise” and “no commercial value”. Also include a copy of the original shipping slip on the outside of the original package. Circle on the shipping slip the product(s) being returned, and adjust the total amount of the shipment to show the dollar value of the product(s) that is/are being returned. Please check with your transport company for any further requirements.
